Considered the largest itinerant classical music project in Brazil’s history, “Concertos de Vinólia” has brought to Brazil great international companies from 1993 to 1997, such as Moscow Philharmonic, St. Petersburg Orchestra, Vienna’s Johann Strauss, Berlin Symphony, among others.
With performances in the country’s main concert venues and parks, the initiative reached millions of people, promoting unforgettable performances, as well as the development and growth of social actions in music education.
The project established Ibirapuera Park as a Sunday morning cultural spot, making it one of the main stages for big events in São Paulo. The relevance and success of the project also conquered the Brazilian media, counting on radio, TV Cultura and Bandeirantes broadcast.
